Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties Acquires the Rumson Office of Prudential Zack Shore Properties

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties recently announced the acquisition of the Rumson Office of Prudential Zack Shore Properties, located at 101 East River Road, bringing the BHHS New Jersey Properties office count to 20 locations throughout northern and central New Jersey.

BHHS New Jersey Properties CEO Bill Keleher and General Sales Manager Chris Brown who are among the company’s ownership team with Seymour Litwin, Nancy Litwin and Steve Janett, joined President and owner of Prudential Zack Shore Properties Kevin Thomas on September 23, 2014 to announce to the Rumson team an agreement in principle, with the effective date of the acquisition retroactive to October 1, 2014.

Karolyn Wray has agreed to continue as the manager of the new Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties Rumson Office.

Previously Prudential New Jersey Properties, Keleher’s company rebranded to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties on June 24, 2014, remaining an independently owned and operated real estate company and member of HSF Affiliates LLC which operates real estate brokerage networks Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Prudential Real Estate, and Real Living Real Estate.
